Squash Spaghetti 4" Single Tax included
This unique squash is delicious served with spaghetti sauce. When baked or boiled, flesh comes out in long strings that look just like spaghetti.
Fruit are cylindrical, 8 - 9 inches long, weighing about 3-4 lbs. Rind is hard, medium yellow and smooth. Maturity 90 days.
Field-cure for 10 days in the sun, or cure indoors in a warm room for 4-5 days. To prevent mould, sponge the skins with clean water before storage.
